When: Sunday Afternoons (Though I'm not sure which Sundays yet) It's first meeting was 1st July 2007.

The Wood Spirits moot is quite unusual from regular moots in that it is held outside in Epping Forrest. This is somewhat of a more spiritual moot, it is both Pagan and Christian.

Some activities included are:

- Pathworking
- Solitary Meditation
- "Discovering Nature" - Recognising trees, shrubs and wild flowers and giving any magickal association.
- Story Telling/ Myths - either your own story or a myth or fairy tale, connected with animals, flowers, fairies, Pan, Demeter, Hern the Hunter, the weather/elements, birds, Robin Hood, Little Red Riding Hood etc.
- Drumming, dancing and singing.


The event also sometimes end with a short and informal ritual depending on the time of year and moon cycle.

I only went to this moot once but the people there were really friendly and lovely, been meaning to attend again

The moot is held in The Lamb pub. If you know romford it's really, reeeeally easy to find. From the station just go up the high street towards the old church and market area and the pub is right in your face there.

It is held every month on the second thursday 7:30 till 11:30
